Yeah i felt it was aimed more at Goth and Emo teens more than children, as you say its to scary in parts.

It was quite wierd to enjoy this film as a 19 year old, and yet wonder if it was really right for children. The last third would probably terrify them out of their wits.
That said, this is one of my favorite films ive seen recently. ‘Im your other mother, silly.’ is just a brilliant line and it drew me to the film when i saw the ad’s.
So yeah, good film.

Bill Gibron of PopMatters gave the film an 8 out of 10, saying that “schlock may be an acquired taste, like caviar, foie gras, and Arby’s, but it’s hard to see how anyone wouldn’t enjoy this extremely tacky dish.” He also praised Gibson’s performance in the film.[2]

There where that many mistakes and continuity errors that I gave up counting after a while. Really was a terrible piece of garbage.

you missed how the woman and the chinese scientist get jiggy after all of a minute of talking…..O.o
and the ship which was firing forward, yet the shark was coming from the side.
or maybe you were just taking it easy on the film

I managed to completely avoid any spoilers for the Lost season finale.I always download it shortly after it has aired in America, as here in the UK it is shown on SKY tv which is only pay per view.I really enjoyed it and cant wait for the final? season next year.

Thanks Debbie, I enjoyed it so much i am going to see it again tomorrow night. Taking the girlfriend this time to see what she thinks.I don’t know about a new career, I think I will stick to the day job for the time being
